While earning three professional degrees, I’ve spent many years learning, teaching, and researching organizational issues. A PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University of British Columbia exposed me to world-class management education, and focused on high-performance coaching in organizations. As a trained CCU and NCCP Level 3 coach I put that knowledge to use.

My University instruction has resulted in the reception of four teaching awards, indicating my effective communication and ability to transfer knowledge. In addition, an MBA in International Management (University of Applied Science in Esslingen, Germany) and a BSc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (Queen’s University) have prepared me to confront complex organizational issues from multiple perspectives.
