Coaching Research

I am currently conducting several research projects that relate to organizational coaching (see below). My PhD involved an in-depth comparison of the practices in athletic and organizational coaching, which indicated that critical practices from athletic coaching were not fully utilized in organizations. My Peak Approach to coaching involves the combined set of high-performance coaching practices from both organizational and athletic contexts. These Peak practices provide a framework to help leaders, executives, and all other employees “go for gold” in organizational contexts.

Coaching Effectiveness Audits and ROI
Using coaching in your organization? Unsure of how to determine if coaching is having any impact? Return-on-investment calculations for coaching are difficult and knowing if your coaching programs are cost effective can be challenging. I can provide independent research and performance metrics to help determine if your current organizational coaching program is paying off.

Special Projects
If your organization wishes a specific area of coaching to be further investigated, I can conduct well-designed research studies in your organization. Individualized, organization-specific research can help you maintain optimal productivity and effective high-performance coaching practices.
